Hard Rock Hotel Bali has been recognized for their charitable work by the AIDS Prevention Committee in Bali.
In the true spirit of the hotel’s mantra, “Take Time to be Kind”, Hard Rock Hotel Bali has held several charity and fundraising events, including orphanage luncheons, donations for Aceh tsunami victims, their annual Rock‘N’Run and many other activities.
Through their Rock‘N’Run charity fun run, Hard Rock Hotel Bali donated all proceeds raised, to families living with HIV. These funds assist and support education for their children as well as their daily needs.
The AIDS Prevention Committee in Bali also applauded the hotel for selling their own Hard Rock condoms, which are placed in all guest rooms and the merchandise stores. Hard Rock Hotel Bali will continue to support several charity foundations in Bali and will hold their 6th Annual charity fun run “Rock ‘N Run” later this year. The hotel hopes that the people of Bali will again show their utmost support for this event so that they can continue to help those in need.

The idea of being left on an isolated island to fend for yourself armed only with a Bedoin tent floored with Persian rugs, stocked with smoked salmon, Moet & Chandon and a few of life's other bare necessities may alarm some.
Several of our hardier guests had, however, braved Casa del Mar's Castaway Picnic and survived the experience. You will have to cope with complete solitude for at least 4 hours, unless of course you call us on the phone we have provided, to throw in the towel early or order more champagne. |

Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya Tracks Satisfaction through Online Guest Comments System |

Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya has, just a few months ago, begun to use technology to improve its service quality. The hotel is now also obtaining guest feedback online.
Because Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya considers customer’s satisfaction its primary mission, (read: “Love all, Serve all” mantra) all responses from guests are important. By using a web-based solution in conjunction with the orthodox in-room comment form, the management anticipated that responses will be less biased and will provide a more accurate record of each customer’s satisfaction.
Every Saturday , an email is sent to the ‘stars’ (guests who have stayed at the hotel). The collated results from these surveys are then automatically entered into an administrative website, which will enable quantified scores to be reviewed.
The hotel has found the system to be extremely effective, as it provides them with highly informative results on ‘stars’ feedback . Said Mr Andrew Khoo, General Manager of Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya: “The Online Guest Comments System offers an efficient way for our staff to always be in the loop of guests' experiences. It also allows us to quickly identify areas that needs attention.” |

The Grand Pattaya International Music Festival is one of Thailand's biggest and most happening music festivals. To be held along the country's famous stretch of coastline, Pattaya Beach, this year's event is a commemoration of the Thai King's 60th anniversary of his accession to the throne. The concerts will be divided into three segments on different stages, featuring all types of music. Artistes are expected to come from the international, Asian and local music scenes.
