The success of the hotel’s hospitality lies in the relationship between the guests and its staff, who embrace the attitude of wanting to do something extra for their guests and ensuring that they enjoy their stay and want to return.

There is certainly no doubt that the people who run this hotel make a big difference and their attention to the smallest details goes beyond expectations.
The boutique resort, being small in scale and with only 33 rooms, has fewer public places than the bigger hotels. As such, it is inclined to be intimate as the staff know who their guests are, creating a feeling of personal connection. Also, as the hotel tends not to have big groups, the privacy and tranquillity is maintained.
In a bid to exceed customers' expectations, the hotel’s team makes an extra effort to understand their guests, through interaction and listening to what they say and attending to special requests. And their efforts are certainly not wasted.
