The award was formally presented by President and CEO of Hard Rock International, Hamish Dodd and accepted by Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya General Manager Andrew Khoo on-behalf of the Hotel during the annual Hard Rock International Leadership Conference recently held in Orlando, Florida. The event was attended by executives, general managers, owners and operators of Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos and Hard Rock Cafes worldwide.

“This award is a testament to the efforts put in by all band members (staff) at Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya in providing our Stars (guests) with not only a fun and memorable stay but a holiday experience they won’t soon forget. These are reflected in encouraging feedback we continually receive on our Online Guest Comments System,” said Andrew Khoo upon accepting the award.

Delispice, the famous 3-piece modern rock band from Korea stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Bali recently. They had a great time in Bali and loved the Hard Rock vibe. Their 6th album will be launched soon after their return from Bali.

Delispice also had a chance to catch some fantastic video footage at Hard Rock Hotel Bali that will be aired on KM TV (Korean Music Television). “For sure we would like to come back for another long holiday”, commented Kim, vocalist and guitarist of Delispice.

Whopper of a Barracuda Caught!

One evening some time last month, guests at Rihiveli Beach Resort were unexpectedly interrupted from their sumptuous dinner when staff of the resort proudly carted in their huge catch to show off! And what a monster of a catch that was!

Kuda Naseem, the resort’s electrician, had caught a 1.7 metre long, 35 kg barracuda! As you can imagine, the sea creature has some lovely teeth to snare! It is indeed rare to see this species of fish swimming alone and much less being able to touch it!
